A letter to a friend? Should I give up my seat?

In light of the recent EU Parliament’s motion for a resolution on the anti-racism protests following the death of George Floyd, James Whiteman, Head of Client Communications and Content at Aviva Investors, considers the question of systemic change, and what we are prepared to acknowledge and eventually give up for the sake of a more equal and healthy society.
