Accidental European had the pleasure to interview Jean Constantinesco, EU Policy Officer within the political section of the EU Delegation to the AfricanUnion, about the importance of cross-border youth inclusion programs… and the necessity in providing the youth a platform where they can fully express themselves from both a theoretical and practical standpoint.
